JOB DESCRIPTIONWell known company has a need for a Ocean Export Customer Service Representative.
Documentation experience. Handling LCL & FCL Accounts. Shipping will be overseas. Demonstrated track record with Ocean export documentation. Should have export industry experience and understand shipping requirements, documentation requirements for exporting from USA. Excellent customer communications. Documentation for various countries, primarily though Latin America. Must understand logistics, shipping requirements, documentation requirements for exporting from USA. Excellent customer communications, and since this is primarily Latin American, we'll need someone who can speak/write Spanish.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience, Team player, Strong oral/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, Initiative and strong work standards, Attention to detail, Planning and analysis skills, ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, Strong computer skills.
