You are a highly motivated self-starter overseeing the administrative operations of the Brunswick facility of Logistec, USA in the position of Office Administrator. You have strong leadership, administration, accounting and organizational skills. YOU WILL: Work with Operations management to administer the overall financial plan to include budgeting, accounting, inventory control, etc. Create and provide reporting tools and spreadsheets to track results. Provide supervision, training and support to the administrative team to ensure accurate billing, A/P, A/R, scale operations and customer relations. Monitor cash disbursements and facility expenditures in accordance with established guidelines. Prepare and process correspondence, travel vouchers, expense reports and other documents. Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements. Provide administrative support to the office including ordering supplies, maintaining petty cash, filing, answering phones, etc. YOU HAVE: College degree in related industry; Minimum 2 years experience in office administration and/or accounting; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Working knowledge of accounting and financial analysis; Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed; Leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate efficient teamwork and promote cooperation; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and Lotus Notes.
