You would be supporting the Sr. Director of Human Resources, finding quality talent for the organization, managing the office space and handling inventory. br br As an Office Administrator, your duties are to: br ul
li Act as a liaison between the company and property management office /li li Coordinate flu shot clinics and parties /li li Correspond with potential job candidates, schedule interviews, and complete reference checks/background checks /li li Work closely with board and staff to plan lunches, events, hotel arrangements, ect /li li Posts staff related information to the Hub /li li Manages office space including assigning workspace for new employees and allotment of temporary work space for visiting employees. /li li Other duties as assigned /li /ul
br You’d be a great fit for this role with: br ul
li A high school diploma or equivalent. /li li Knowledge of database and word processing software, internet and email /li li Ability to problem solve in a timely manner, develop alternative solutions /li li Maintain high level of customer satisfaction /li li Keen knowledge of ways to improve and promote quality, demonstrate attention to detail, meet productivity standards and complete work on time. /li li Proficiency in phone skills /li /ul
