A company in West Hollywood is looking for an ambitious, superstar Office Assistant to support company on a day-to-day basis, and assisting two departments under the Office Manager. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all office assistant responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This superstar candidate will be a highly motivated individual to help the entire office operations and bring a positive support to a growing team. If you bring great attitude and upbeat energy to a amazing team, then I would love to bring you on board as an asset to our rock star team!
-Restock all office supplies/equipment in the office
-Welcoming new visitors to the office and handling phone calls
-Help with employee on boarding and office is ready to go for new hires in the office
-Order lunch for upper management and company events
-Help office manager/executive team with all day to day support
The ideal superstar candidate will have 2+ years of experience in administrative or clerical field with a bachelor?s degree preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Docs. Amazing perks 4 weeks paid vacation, Medical and Dental, and catering in office three times a week!
