What you will do:
The Office Clerk will report to the HR Coordinator and will assist human resources with onboarding new employees; greet interviewees and help newly hired employees fill out required onboarding paperwork; make phone calls to newly hired employees and schedule them for first day shift; make copies and put together employee handbooks; other duties as assigned.
What you need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge and experience using office equipment (photo copier, telephone, PC)
* Ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to read and write in English
* Attention to detail when checking new hire paperwork for errors
* Ability to stay organized
* Knowledge of filing
* Professional demeanor
* Must sign a confidentiality agreement and keep employee information confidential
