JOB DESCRIPTIONAppleone Employment Services is looking for an Operations Coordinator.
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION=Administrative Support
Support branch operations by processing applicants, assisting clients and implementing office procedures and systems. Contribute to the professionalism of AppleOne by providing quality service.
One branch office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES=Sales Support
? Greet visitors
? Receive all incoming telephone calls and route calls promptly
? Schedule qualified applicants for appointments
? Prescreen applicants for registration with AppleOne by administering and grading evaluations and recording QWIZ scores
? Back up account executive
? Enter applicant information into Office Automation system
? Maintain all records in accordance with the Quality Manual
? Maintain adequate supply of information for temporary associates
? Faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as necessary
? Process weekly temp payroll
? Basic computer skills/strong computer aptitude
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? Ability to interface with all levels of employees
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
? Detail oriented
? Team player
