JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Superior Group is looking for Office (DocuCare) Level 2 for our Client located in San Francisco, CA
Possesses skills and competencies to deliver basic contracted customer requirements (includes: copying, faxing, printing and scanning functions)
Tasks and activities are defined and routine
Download and install printer drivers on equipment
Perform printer mapping to PC
Escalate printer network issues as appropriate
Perform configuration of devices (Enter IP address, scanning templates, User access levels, Scan to File/Email, etc.)
Monitor and apply patch updates
Point of contact for equipment support and service
Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis
Clean and maintain office equipment as needed
Replace operator accessible parts and consumables
Maintain appropriate supply inventory
Maintain agreed upon level of uptime for copier fleet
Collect and submit meter reads
Track and coordinate the Move/Add/Change (MAC) of office equipment/assets Point of contact for equipment removal/delivery
Point of contact to receive and electronically log customer jobs
Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes, log for billing purposes
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to demonstrate computer Skills
Intermediate knowledge of PC (keyboard functions, mouse, etc.)
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel: -- Insert images -- Create/manage tables -- Columns -- Create forms -- Navigate multiple worksheets within workbook -- Use standard formulas, etc.
Ability to demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Web, Internet and Intranet
Able to demonstrate ability to download / install files (fonts, drivers) from internet
Able to demonstrate working knowledge of account-relevant applications -- Adobe Acrobat -- File conversion -- Graphic arts applications
Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive email; -- Find, open and save documents and files -- Perform data entry -- Use internet explorer for web browsing -- Send documents to preconfigured printer
Able to demonstrate basic Math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)
Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism
Prior Client experience is desired or previous docucare fleet experience with multi-functional devices.
1st responder for Client devices
Understand common device fault codes and correct them.
Diagnose and correct common image quality problems.
When required, perform color balancing and color printer calibration.
Replace major components in the device print engine, fusing, and paper handling system.
Maintain service call logs.
Promote service engineer call avoidance, including use of web-based applications that provides self-help, troubleshooting guidelines, and other technical resources for problem resolution.
Initiate web-based service calls to the customer service engineer.
Inform United of problem resolution upon completion of a service request.
Clean devices and distribute
United inventoried consumables to the DocuCare supported sites.
PT Support up to 100 Client - brand devices
Training to complement existing training delivery for new equipment along with refresher training.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service environment
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Prior Client experience or previous docucare fleet experience with multi-functional devices
