JOB DESCRIPTIONFamily owned company in the Charleston area in need of an Office Manager who can do it all! This would be an ideal position for someone who is highly organized and can operate with little to no supervision.
-All Accounts Payable and Receivables
-HR duties and new hire employee onboarding
-All administrative support functions of the office such as answering phones & emails, handling any customer questions and scheduling appointments
-Create and implement any necessary office systems to help the office run smoothly
-3-5 years' experience in a similar role
-Ability to work on a team or independently
-Strong communication skills via phone, in person and e-mail
