JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Local established Law office seeks an organized and experience Office Manager to assist with their busy operations. In this role you will serve as a point of contact for the office of Attorneys, Paralegals and one administrative employees. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long career in a stable environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Overseeing monthly client billing, log deposits, assist will billing inquires and maintain ledgers of special billing circumstances.
-Calendaring and meeting management for the attorneys as needed
-Schedule and attend meetings, take detailed minutes when necessary
-Assist with onboarding new corporate and real estate clients
-Organize file closings and transfer files to an internal inventory or outbound via FedEx
-Heavy administrative tasks such as word processing, proofing and redlining documents, organizing Closing Binders, writing letters to clients, maintaining physical and digital files, and other duties as needed.
-Greet and meet with clients, providing a warm and informative environment.
-Manage incoming calls, emails and mail correspondence.
-5+ years providing high touch administrative support
-3+ years of experience with invoicing, expense reporting, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
-Excellent written and grammatical skills, experience proofreading
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Proven ability to manage busy calendars and multiple on site meetings
-Experience in the Legal Field highly preferred, but not required
