This Office Manager Position Features:

o Manage office supply procurement and inventory and all office vendor relationships including: ordering office supplies, vending services, caterers, office equipment (phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.), first aid, general repairs, etc. Primary liaison with property management group
o Track office expenditures and closely manage the budget
o Ensure office operations and processes run efficiently (including audio/visual/internet needs, printing, company-wide meetings, and more)
o Prepare and reconcile expense reports for management team
o Coordinates any travel and accommodation arrangements for management and remote employees
o Provide reception duties: Answer door, sign for packages
o Plan, order and communicate company sponsored weekly lunches
o Ensure all meeting spaces and common areas are tidy and maintained throughout the day
o Partner with and be back up with the Executive Assistance to the leadership team
o Maintain and stock the company sponsored cafeteria. Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and food/snacks/beverages
o Manage mail-outs:
o Employee Anniversary and Graduation gifts
o Termination packages
o Security badge issuance & tracking

o 2-5 years office management or related experience
o High energy and positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude
o Extended experience in professional and confidential situations
o Superior organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks
o Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
o Demonstrated ability to organize, direct and perform high level supervisory duties
o Strong oral and written communication skills as well as effective interpersonal, verbal and listening communication skills
o Ability to deal with last-minute changes and deadlines while showing grace under pressure
o High level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
o Concur Travel and Expense experience
o Experience with HR and/or IT tasks
o Heavy lifting and moving involved
o BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
