Growing firm seeking an Office Manager to join their team immediately! The Office Manager will be working very closely across all company departments, managing the office calendar, and will be the go-to person for various projects. The ideal candidate will be meticulously organized, detailed, and deadline driven. He/She will also have a at least 2-3+ years of administrative experience along with top-notch interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services
-Provide front desk support in the main lobby support for guests, visitors and the company's employees
-Screen telephone calls and greet customers
-Calendaring, scheduling, and facilities support
-Coordinate timing and logistics for meetings
-Book conference rooms
-Research, documentation, and word processing
-Maintain office files and other records
-Process incoming and outgoing mail
-Assist with planning company events and fun team building activities
-Travel arrangements for office staff and executives
-Order catering for meetings and special events
-Enter and process expense reports
-Multi-task and work on many projects simultaneously
-Order supplies, restock and maintain inventory
-Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
-Handle confidential material and general office management duties
-Administrative support for HR, Marketing, and Finance departments as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
-2-3+ years of administrative and/or executive support experience
-Extremely articulate, polished, and professional
-Ability to interface with administrators of all levels
-Must be flexible, willing to help out wherever needed
-Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, and Calendar)
