span We are hiring for an Office Manager in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong full cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and office management experience. The company is international and is seeking a professional that would like to work in a laid back environment but can multi-task and manage the office accordingly. The Office Manager is responsible for all activities in the accounts payable/receivable function and all administrative office operations.   br   br   br RESPONSIBILITIES br   br Accounting Functions include br • Preparation, creation, and entry of AP/AR data br • Approx. processing 50 invoices a day and keying and requesting to finance team to pay invoices due. br • Distribution of shipping/receiving documentation with invoice br • AR payment tracking and follow-up br • AP payment tracking and submission br • Resolution of accounting disputes and discrepancies br • Examine statements and ensure accuracy, execute corrective actions br   br Administrative Functions include: br • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date br • Ensure protection and security of files and records br • Anticipate and order needed office supplies br • Organize hotel accommodations and events for corporate officers br • Manage telephone, mail, and property access gates br • Greet guests and notify appropriate department managers upon arrival br   br ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS br • High School Diploma at minimum br • Knowledge of general office administration and operation br • Knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable departments br • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data br • Ability to track cost and revenue efficiently br • Client/Customer communications, written and verbal br • Must have excellent interpersonal skills br • Analytical and problem solving skills br • Confidentiality is extremely important br • Effective organizational skills br • Strong Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and other programs br • Office is a manufacturing environment, dress attire is very laid back more business casual br br   br If you are interested in the Office Manager position in Monroe, NC or other accounting opportunities then click “Apply” below or apply online at br   br Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled br   br /span
