JOB DESCRIPTIONGreat opportunity for a mid size manufacturing company in Long Beach. Company is growing quickly and are looking for someone to head up the administrative aspect of their job.
Full benefits (dental/health/vision). 401k matching (up to 3%). 2 weeks of vacation and 6 sick days per calendar year.
1) Accounting experience with QuickBooks is a must.
2) Light b2b collection calls
3) Able to write e-mails clearly.
4) Bilingual Spanish is a major plus.
5) Manufacturing or distribution background a must.
6) Experience managing a small staff.
