JOB DESCRIPTIONProminent law firm located near International Mall is looking for an Office Services Clerk for their headquarters!
MUST HAVE previous office/clerical experience AND:
Handle all incoming/outgoing packages, sorting, delivery, etc.
Preparing fed ex/UPS overnight packages, etc.
On site shred it boxes are throughout the building, when they come you escort around the building, but also maintain them throughout the month so they don't overflow.
Iron Mountain boxes - package and ship as necessary
Inventory of kitchen supplies (plates, silverware, cups, K-cups, coffee, creamers, etc.). Manage it to make sure stocked.
Early am when you arrive you will make coffee as well.
Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies for entire building, make sure cabinets in specific areas are stocked and never run out.
Set up conference rooms for meetings, etc.
Make sure they conference room for such meetings have water, sodas, ice, etc. Some of them required laptop of video conferencing, so must have a good ability of general set up.
Will also be asked to make copies of presentations, as needed.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Internet, and intermediate computer literacy
