We are seeking a positive, hardworking and organized individual to work with a fun and energetic team! Your role will include interacting with customers as a first impression and point of contact on behalf of the organization. You will work with various departments to ensure overall company success. This is a temporary to hire position that is offering $14.00-$16.00 depending on experience. br   br Office Support Coordinator Job Responsibilities: br • Greet visitors, vendors and clients warmly and professionally as soon as they enter br • Answer incoming calls and assist with questions and inquires or direct to the correct personnel br • Provide administrative support: Organize files, maintain and stock supplies, processing and distribution of mail, orders and documentation br • Review and maintain documentation to assure accuracy, efficiency and success   br   br Qualifications: br • 1-3 years related office experience br • Bachelor’s Degree in related field br • Proficient Computer Skills, especially Microsoft Suite br • High organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask br • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written br   br If you would like to be considered for the Office Support Coordinator Job, please apply at www.ajilon.com br   br /span
