The Station Attendant prepares all cold food items. This person is responsible for the consistency and quality production of all items prepared in all food outlets of the hotel.


* Utilize all kitchen equipment

* Control quality and consistency of all food served

* Insure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service

* Insure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis

* Assist in controlling food cost

* Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned stations

* Refrigeration and serving of cold food. Preparation and holding temperatures of all hot foods

* Production of breakfast and lunch orders through restaurant, room service, Morsel's, and other outlets

* Assist in production of banquet and catering tasks when needed, to include banquet, buffet, pasta bar, employee cafe, breakfast, lunch and dinner

* Label, date and rotate all items daily

* Assist in compliance with all Health Department Standards and Ecosure

* Have one-on-ones periodically with Executive Chef to discuss goals and expectations

* Ensure cleanliness of work area


* Culinary experience required

* Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time

* Must be able to work weekends/holidays

* Good customer service skills

* Valid Food Handler certificate

* Culinary degree preferred
