Statement of Responsibility:
The On-call Coordinator is responsible for answering phone calls after hours, scheduling for cancellations and new cases, and forwarding questions/calls/problems to the appropriate person as well as documenting all phone calls. The On-Call Coordinator will contact the On-Call Nurse for all clinical problems/questions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:
* High school degree or equivalent.
* Previous experience in home care or scheduling preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good phone etiquette.
* Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
* Effective organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to function in a team environment.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work from home.

*** Must be available to train M-F day time hours for 1 week ***
