JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Field Service technician in Wilmington, OH. This position is a temporary to hire job opportunity. Technician's will be responsible for responding professionally and timely to all request and inquiries made by digital on screen advertising clients, exhibitors clients and subcontractors in a customer service call center environment. Responsibilities for technical agents include but are not limited to the following:
*Provide timely, accurate, professional and responsive support, verbally and via email, to internal and external customers and clients.
*Perform system monitoring, problem diagnosis, detailed step-by-step incident documentation and reporting.
*Deliver media content fulfillment to customers as necessary via various delivery systems which may include electronic and or traditional physical delivery mediums.
*Use scripted and non-scripted troubleshooting of Digital OSA hardware and software issues on Digital OSA systems including projectors, servers and client-side equipment such as audio processors and automation systems.
*Evaluate customer and system generated incidents and escalate within the OSA Support Center, or to higher level support as required per SOPs to resolve customer issues.
*Contribute to knowledgebase and troubleshooting processes, training, and maintaining current documentation of standard operating procedures and automation systems.
*Posses thorough understanding and working knowledge of the OSA Support Center, telephone system, email, OSA systems, Wed based applications, Alert incident reporting, motion picture exhibition systems and clients.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
*Pass a background screen
*Pass a drug screen
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong customer service skills
*Minimum 2+ years experience in Technical support or equivalent training required computer hardware and software knowledge.
*Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes overtime and holidays
*Maintain a high level of customer/client sensitive information
*Must be organized, reliable, conscientious, flexible and skilled at multi-tasking, work effectively under pressure and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
*Have strong decision making and problem solving skills
*Ability to sit for an extended period of time up to an entire shift
*Ability to lift up to 25lbs
Pay for this position is offered based on experience. This is a temporary to permanent position.
