On-call Receptionist 9/2/2016
JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Job Description ENSCO, Inc. is looking for an On-call Receptionist who will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, greeting and badging guests, helping divisions within the company with various projects as needed, scheduling use of company forklifts, maintaining sales of postage and ticket sales. This is strictly on-call and the hours will vary.
Qualifications Required (Skills)
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience with the following:
-Basic computer operation skills including MS Office.
-Fax machine and copiers.
-Cisco (or similar) phone systems (multi-line phone usage and capabilities).
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills and able to work in a professional environment with staff of multiple skills and levels.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, employees, and visitors.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must be able to learn how to use SIMS security database to verify clearances.
