Our client is seeking to bring on two employees to support their On-Boarding Team. This position will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities related to on-boarding new and existing suppliers and training junior team members in all aspects of their positions. Specific Duties you will be responsible for include having an in-depth knowledge of the client?s network, its solutions, and customer needs. You will be serving as the primary contact for new and existing suppliers for all issues related to the sales cycle and on-boarding process including setup, configuration, testing and training for supplier. Employ strong client management skills with attention to detail. Requirements A four-year degree in an applicable technical field and/or 3 or more years of professional experience in a related field. Strong client management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate equally well with technical and non-technical individuals. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; strong attention to detail Experience working in a highly dynamic and fast paced atmosphere. Capable of multi-tasking, and able to work within challenging time frames. In-depth knowledge of PC and MS Office applications. Retail industry and/or supply chain experience.
