Due to tremendous growth, including the recent establishment of the Levine Cancer Institute, a number of exceptional management and analyst opportunities are available within our system to participate in or lead Oncology related IS initiatives. Leadership responsibilities will include leading teams of IS resources and stakeholders in the development of systems strategy, vendor selections, implementations, deployment and support of Oncology solutions. These roles offer opportunities for significant exposure to Executive stakeholder and IS leadership with continued career growth opportunities at CHS. Experience managing implementations and supporting a variety of clinical ancillary systems is preferred, with strong preference for significant experience implementing and supporting Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology and Clinical Trials and Research solutions.

Formal training in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies is strongly preferred; desktop applications experience is required (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, etc.); excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are also required. The preferred candidate will have several years of experience managing vendor relationships including negotiating contracts and ensuring vendor compliance with SLAs. Mentoring and developing team members will be a key success factor for this role, as will be the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Experience in the health care industry is preferred. Four-year degree required in computer science, business admin, or related clinical field; Masters degree preferred.
