JOB DESCRIPTION

My client is a growing startup in the media industry. If you love music and have experience in Chat Customer support this might be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

* Interact with clients and customers through chat.

* Oversee multiple chat windows at once.

* Coach people on how to use the site and the AV techonolgy on the user side.

* Work full cycle of Day, Afternoon and Overnight shifts.

Experience

* Experience in chat or customer service at Startup

* 1-5 years experiene

* Excellent verbal and written communicaiton skills.

* Fluent in technology

* Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
