Job Description
ADECCO HAS AN INTERNAL OPENING!
WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ONSITE PROGRAM MANAGER TO OVERSEE DAILY PRODUCTION OF TEMPORARY ASSOCIATES AT A MAJOR MANUFACTURING CLIENT.
(This is a project management type of role requiring previous manufacturing/production management experience and oversight of daily operations of staff. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience within the staffing industry.)
Adecco is currently seeking top-notch candidates with previous leadership experience within the manufacturing industry to oversee day-to-day operations of temporary associates placed on-site at one of our clients.
This is a 3-shift facility and will require flexibility of schedule. We are seeking motivated individuals who can take ownership of this client account and ensure it is run successfully.
Ideal candidates will possess previous leadership within a production/manufacturing facility; with oversight of over 60 employees throughout 3 shifts.
Previous experience working with temporary associates is highly preferred. He/She must be able to juggle a multi-faceted role including: day-to-day employee relations, training/development, counseling of team leads, recruitment, payroll processing, maintains positive relationships with all levels of management with the client, safety/compliance, and audits.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production:
*Manage two production lines on a 24/7 operation schedule. This totals 60+ associates over 3 shifts
*Monitor associates to ensure hand packing rates are being met
*Following up on any Performance Reliability (PR) or MPS misses
*Ensuring accurate headcount on each shift for each department.
*Constant communication with Special Ops Leaders on production schedule changes.
*Update all leadership of any procedural or production changes.
*Maintain Quality - check on production areas and all associates are adhering to safety and quality guidelines
*Reporting and investigating any safety incident.
*Ensuring all safety documents are current
Training:
*Providing training to all machine operators and ensuring all are qualified to operate.
*Maintaining accurate training documents. Training files including but not limited to:
*Initial Orientation
*Annual cGMP and HS&E
*Monthly OSHA training
*LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out for all leadership and machine operators)
Operations:
*Processing payroll weekly. Correcting any discrepancies found according to gate log. Following up with Billing and Collections department on missing or incorrect invoices.
*Maintain office binder.
*Complete monthly and quarterly audits.
*Monitor recruiting efforts and staffing levels.
*Conduct initial orientation.
*Create accurate job descriptions of all new and existing positions.
*Handle all emergency situations and investigations (safety, quality, personnel issues) as they arise.
