The Operations Analyst will monitor current and newly developed operation policies, procedures, and systems among multiple departments or locations. Analyzes current performance and procedures for improvement opportunities through standardization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities� �

The operations analyst will be expected to have the ability to:
-Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes by performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis
-Clearly and effectively recommend process improvements to senior management
-Produce quantitative data reporting and ad hoc analysis on a wide variety of subject matter
-Take ownership of key performance metrics
-Develop a thorough understanding of field operations
-Work in concert with other departments on cross-functional projects
-Work well as both an autonomous contributor and member of a larger analytical team
-Be flexible and nimble, adapting well to change in a dynamic business environment
-Work well with deadlines
-Perform other duties as required
-Analyzes current processes and procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations within and between departments.
-Manages the completion of difficult projects that are broad in nature by following general guidelines and using creativity and resourcefulness to meet established goals.
-Recommends the final course of action among several alternatives for enhancements to operational policies, procedures, and systems.
-Prepares and delivers the required training to facilitate changes in business policy, procedures, and system implementations.
-Evaluates performance against established metrics to determine acceptable levels of quality or efficiency for various business functions and units.
-Works under light supervision to accomplish objectives.
-Maintains and applies expert knowledge of practices and procedures in area of expertise and maintains a broad knowledge of practices and procedures of other departments.

-Excel and Access proficiency
-SQL and Visual Basic not required, but a plus

Education and Experience� �

Bachelor�� s degree; or Associate's degree (A.A.) and two plus years of experience.� Preferred degrees include Math, Finance and Computer Information Systems.
