Job Description

Administrative Operations Analysts are the undercover superheroes of Palantir. We take care of things without having to be asked, and when we are asked to do something, the words, Its not my job arent in our vocabulary. Our tasks include keeping the office organized, running our bike rental program, sorting the hundreds of packages we receive every day, and setting up company-wide events, but thats just a small sample of what we get done every day. We prefer not to have our work noticed because that means were all the more effective. Competition ends once you get in the door because this team is close-knit; were friends inside and outside the office, and wed do almost anything to help out one of our teammates. Our days are split between routine tasks and high priority projects, and we execute all these tasks without issue. On this team, you both have and are the support to do what needs doing.

Administrative Skills--Basic knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook); email communication required

High level of organization; able to coordinate and execute tasks and projects independently--
Outstanding customer service: we are hardworking, ethical and thoughtful in order to create the ideal environment for our engineers to produce brilliant softwarePhysical Labor Skills--Every day is different;be able to be flexible with projects from making deliveries to helping set up for social events

Experience in construction, maintenance and facilities is valuable--Comfortable with getting your hands dirty (e.g., helping move our offices to new buildings)

All other requirements--
High school diploma; some college preferred (various backgrounds accepted)--
Able to adapt and open to change, growth and new ideas--
Be prepared to take on anything thats thrown at you--
Team player, open to feedback from team mates--
Able to put others first--
Great sense of humor and a positive outlook--
Enthusiasm and plenty of energy--
Hours may vary; a flexible schedule is ideal as weekend work will be required for special company events and projects
