This Analyst supports operational activities for field-based Rental, Repair, Service, and Technical Support operation…with a focus on parts and asset inventory management. This position provides administrative and analytical support to evaluate current business and forecast future business needs. This Analyst will manage transactional activities at a national level.


* Administer systems to support management of national network of ~40 surface products valuing over $3M to support business in 3,000 acute, long-term medical facilities serviced by over 50 service locations

* Provide ongoing support for contract file updates and process transactions in ERP system to support management of the network

* Analyze incoming requests and updates to ensure appropriate information is collected, approved and entered into the system of record

* Liaison between Supply Chain & field operations to ensure new product is ordered, shipped and received in a timely manner.

* Conduct complex matching of multiple data sources, e.g. ERP system, manual lists and Business Intelligence Reporting

* Maintain accurate records of transactions, securing appropriate approvals and documentation as needed

* Develop and execute plans to maintain clean asset and parts data to include, but not limited to:

* Review physical audits for each location

* Reconcile audit to internal records

* Recommend actions required for each location

* Approve routing of actions

* Entry of actions in ERP System to provide current, up to date field asset and part tracking

* Produce analytic reports and detail using available system resources to aid management in making effective business decisions

* Analyze product utility and units in use to perform standard rebalance activities as well as ad hoc redistributions

* Maintain inventory of demonstration products to support sales opportunities, trade shows, and product fairs

* Support new system implementation activities for all business areas as required

* Develop tools and additional reports to support work-related tasks

* Identify and recommend process changes during work activities

* Document and communicate process changes as approved

* Develop and/or revise departmental and field SOPs

* Responsible for the implementation and execution of processes


* Bachelor degree in Business Management, Operations Management or related discipline, or equivalent work-related experience is required. Graduate degree is a plus.

* Minimum of 4 years data analytics and/or complex reporting

* Experience with asset tracking/logistics

* Proficient in MS Office (advanced skill set in Excel and Access)

* ERP System implementation and/or reporting

* Experience with serialized device tracking in a field based environment is preferred

* Strong analytical skills and business acumen

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize, adapt quickly to change and maintain superb attention to detail

* Demonstrated ability to work in a team and achieve results by working with others

* Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to challenge assumptions and results where appropriate

* Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written communication skills

* Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contracts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude

* Effective at detailed data entry as well as complex analysis
