Support both the Instrumentation and Field Services Department Managers as required. Assist with Work Authorization Order (WAO) reviews, account reconciliation, authorized charging, and account tracking. Coordinate meetings and setup IT hardware as required, along with any handouts or printed slides. Assist in conceptual drafting and proofing of Excel spreadsheets, documents, SharePoint site contents, and Power Point slides. Assist in gathering Technical Infusion and Sustainment information, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts. Assist in preparing Award Fee presentations. Assist in contacting Instrumentation Department personnel for training, personnel accountability, deliverables, section audit responsibilities, milestones, mission related tasks, safety, or security purposes. Assist in managing Manager s schedule. Assist Instrumentation employees with problems and issues that arise on a daily basis. Assist in coordinating mass messages and email notifications. Assist in timekeeping when necessary. Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager(s).

*Must be a U.S. Citizen.
*Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
*Must possess a valid driver's license, without restrictions.
*Must currently possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance (with the ability to maintain security clearance for the duration of employment).
*Must have exceptional organizational, writing, and Microsoft Office skills.
*Must be able to understand and assist in organizing solutions that pertain to large organizations and scheduling.
*Must be able to work well with others and have exceptional customer relation skills.
*Must have an understanding of accounting practices and be able to work with minimal or no supervision while figuring out complex logistical and business related problems.
*Must have an AA degree and 2-3 years of experience or 6 years of directly related experience.
*Work is mostly performed in an office setting. Occasionally work will be performed outdoors.
*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
*Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) during the course of the workday.
*Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in an outdoor environment, including safety glasses, safety footwear, and other protective equipment as required.
*Bachelor's degree in related field.
