TM Fulfillment is dedicated to the support of Treasury Management Services for Commercial clients, performing the set-up and ensuring full availability/functionality of services (Balance Reporting, Wire Initiation and ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Check Management, and Credit Manager) on the WebInfoPLU$ system platform as well as Commercial Single Sign-On, Remote Check Deposit, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Services suite, Commercial e-Statements, ACH Monitor, remitONE, and Data Exchange products as well as authentication Token Device fulfillment. This position will be responsible for tasks related to the service implementation, support, and risk controls for these products, including working closely with the team, business, operations, and technology partners, as well as service vendors. TM Fulfillments core competency and focus is service implementation.


Primarily responsible for fulfillment of client service set-up requests, actioning them within the various systems often in conjunction with operational partners.

Successful absorption/adoption of continuous training/procedural changes with services and systems in a rapidly changing environment.

Participate actively in ongoing and iterative process improvement initiatives within the team and with multiple internal partners.

Daily review, analysis, and working of exception, validation, and/or billing reports.


High School or GED required

Minimum two years banking, clerical, and/or customer service experience or relevant work experience

Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, multi-tasking PC skills

Strong analytical and prioritization skills, ability to identify and successfully apply lessons-learned

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with peers and business partners

Ability to work pro-actively in a fast-paced, multi-focused environment, with strong attention to accuracy and detail

Moderate problem solving skills

Good organizational and customer service skills


Associates Degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of office experience

Knowledge of departmental software

Treasury Management/Commercial Banking experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong PC skills and comfort level

Experience with risk controls, a procedural and process driven environment
