Job Summary Member of the asset team with operations and reliability responsibilities.
The Manufacturing Department is responsible for the production and packaging of Kimberly Clark products
Member of the asset team with operations and reliability responsibilities.
Shift Leader, Operators, Process Specialist, Maintenance, Asset Engineers and Asset Leader.
Operate asset equipment to support operating team
Ensure that assigned PM s and reliability work orders are completed on schedule.
Provide support to other asset areas as needed.
Ensure that individual progress towards targeted skill set is being made in accordance with training plan.
Scope / Empowerment:
This person reports to the Asset Leader and receives operations work coordination from the Shift Leader and reliability work coordination from the AE. The position is responsible for the operation of the asset equipment and process.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year verifiable working experience.
* Basic knowledge of computer use, good math skills, basic mechanical aptitude.
* Understand and comply with safety requirements
