ICF's Web site isw.icfi.com.Job Description:We are actively hiring bilingual professionals to work in our Business Operations Center as Operations Center Agents.Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency in speaking, reading and writing both English and Spanish.As an Operations Center Agent in ICF's Operations Center, located in Martinsville, VA, our successful team members will perform in varying areas of responsibility supporting a fully operational business processing, customer service and research facility. Our work includes the efficient handling of applications, rebate forms and other types of back office processing for our government and commercial clients. ICF also provides best in class customer service and client support in our inbound call center. Additionally ICF collects valuable survey data through our telephone survey operations allowing our clients to perform important research and analysis. Successful agents will have the ability to contribute to our success in all of these areas. Our goal is to develop highly trained and motivated team members who develop valuable skills and enjoy a dynamic and rewarding work experience.The Operations Center will operate from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight, 7 days each week. Applicants must be able to work evenings and nights as well as weekends.Basic Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills and navigation required.* Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral, required.* Ability to speak, read and write both English and Spanish.Preferred Skills/Experience:* Previous customer service experience preferred.* Previous business processing or back office experience preferred.* Previous experience as a call center agent is ideal.* Computer software programs proficiency including MS Office (word; excel) preferred.* Computer skills to include data entry, database navigation and database manipulation preferred.Professional Skills:* Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills required.* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities required.* Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must.* Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude required.* Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary required.ICF International is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/VFor a listing of other career opportunities at ICF, please visit our Career Center atw.icfi.com/careers
