The Operations Clerk will provide operational and administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be meticulously organized, personable, and deadline driven.
-Operate high level shipping and receiving of product and supplies
-Sort, distribute and handle incoming and outgoing mail
-Multi-task and work on many projects simultaneously
-Order supplies, restock and maintain inventory
-Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
-Handle confidential material and general office management duties
-Screen telephone calls and greet customers
-Schedule meetings and prepare conference rooms
-At least 1 year of relevant work experience in shipping & receiving in fast-paced environment
-Previous professional delivery driving experience a must with a clean driving record
-MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-Must be flexible, willing to help out wherever needed
-Articulate, friendly,and professional
-Ability to interface with people of all levels
-Ability to work with multiple deadlines in an ever changing environment
