Job Description

What will I do as an Operations Consultant - Delivery Lead*
As innovators in Big Data starting with POS, IRI is looking for someone who is responsible for all top client account deliverables, providing internal and external communication, leading meetings and issue resolutions, providing database and industry expertise, and consulting on delivery process. The Delivery Lead manages top client accounts, and supports Service Excellence initiatives for the client vertical that they support. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

What are the responsibilities of a Operations Consultant - Delivery Lead* The Client Delivery Consultant is responsible for managing ongoing processes and resources for the accurate and timely delivery of client data base requests.

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop effective client relationships to ensure client confidence in IRI data quality, processes, and ability to drive solutions cross-functionally and proactively
- Resolve issues according to established timelines and procedures, and escalate to Vice President/Principal as necessary
- Manage priorities and allocation of resources across industry or client teams
- Client penetration- QOM/QDR/QBR/new bus. feasibility/client meetings - Manage CIP process across cross-functional partners ({(} CS/DI/CDM Production Team)
- Regularly review contracted client deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations
- Provide support and expertise throughout the restatement process to internal and external teams, including procurement of resources and prioritization of work
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client databases
- Identify continuous improvements to processes and delivery of data
- Work with commercial and internal groups to determine feasibility of new products or processes
- Provide labor estimates for new client set ups or added deliveries to existing clients
- Attract, develop, and retain talent, manage performance and development of talent
- Manage budget with ongoing reduction efforts
- Willingness to travel to client location({(} s) and India if required ({(} for a minimum 2 week stay)
- Contributor{(} team member for CD Strategic or enabler projects and{(} or initiatives
- Contributor for Client Satisfaction scorecards and metrics
- Provide escalation support for internal and external client teams - Coordinate global action items and client communication
- Identify process audit needs, assure execution, and analysis results - Provide support, expertise, and consultation for all deliverables
- Manage New Item ({(} NIMS) process and work with GOC team to implement course corrections as necessary
- Facilitate NIMS Gatekeeper process

Reporting Relationship:
The Director will report into the Client Delivery Leader ({(} Principal) with accountability to the vertical and/or process that they support.

- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Project Management experience
- Proficient skills in communication, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise managing processes and process improvements - High skill in interfacing with internal and external clients
- Strong leadership skills managing people, local and remote groups - Demonstrated experience using informal authority and managing people through cultural change
- Leadership in process engineering and redesign efforts
- Demonstrated experience enforcing compliance to procedures and use of work order systems
- Bachelor s degree required
