Support branch operations by processing applicants, assisting clients and implementing office procedures and systems. Contribute to the professionalism of AppleOne by providing quality service.
-Receive all incoming telephone calls and route calls promptly
-Schedule qualified applicants for appointments
-Prescreen applicants for registration with AppleOne by administering and grading evaluations and recording test scores
-Back up account executive
-Enter applicant information into Office Automation system
-Maintain all records in accordance with the Quality Manual
-Maintain adequate supply of information for temporary associates
-Faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as necessary
-Process weekly temp payroll
-Basic computer skills/strong computer aptitude
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-Ability to interface with all levels of employees
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
