Looking for Operations Coordinator for a well established company with headquarters in Boca Raton. If you are highly detailed have strong administrative skills combined with accounting experience to include but not limited to: reconciling and examine monthly vendor invoices and submit for payment, reconcile monthly credit card accounts, review department budget & monitor monthly spending reports, assist vendor with account payable inquires and report distribution as needed, performs budgeting and cost analysis and serves as primary liaison to the Accounting department Please apply today!
