JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are searching for like minded individuals to join our growing team. Our business is all about relationships, networking, and driving results.
Objective of Position:
Support branch operations by processing applicants, assisting clients and implementing office procedures and systems. Contribute to the professionalism of the company and branch by providing quality service.
?Receive all incoming telephone calls and route calls promptly
?Schedule qualified applicants for appointments
?Prescreen applicants for registration by administering and grading evaluations and recording test scores
?Back up back office staff as needed
?Enter applicant information into Office Automation system
?Maintain all records in accordance with the Quality Manual
?Maintain adequate supply of information for temporary associates
?Faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as necessary
?Process weekly temp payroll
?May assist with sourcing, evaluating and referencing candidates
?Coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required. Determine applicant?s qualification for placement and assignment removal.
?Utilize business philosophy and lead- gathering techniques
?May assist in the research and development of client information and relationships.
?Other duties may be assigned or modified based on specific needs of branch.
?Basic computer skills/strong computer aptitude
?Excellent written and verbal skills
?Ability to interface with all levels of employees
?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
?Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
