Position Description:
Provides leadership, oversight and management, in collaboration with the Division Medical Director, for divisions/practices of responsibility and across all service locations. Ensures high quality care is provided in an environment that fully embodies the principles of family-centered care. Accountable for practice operations and general management, financial and business management, human resource management, patient care, compliance and quality management, and business and program development.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor s degree in related field required. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory/managerial experience required. Hospital/private practice or clinic setting experience preferred. Must have strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CPT and ICD-9-CM coding, budgeting and monitoring techniques. Excellent customer service, communication (oral and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of a computerized practice management system or hospital EMR preferred. All current Operations Managers who do not have a Bachelors degree must be actively pursuing and complete a relevant Bachelors degree by 2016. Full time exempt Day
