CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management corporation headquartered in Texas is seeking a dynamic, high energy Operations Manager for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) located in downtown Newark. http:www.njpac.org. CULINAIRE provides food and beverage management services to a diverse collection of upscale accounts including performing art centers, hotels, restaurants and catering venues. We add value to our clients enterprises by maintaining a distinctively high level of quality in our cuisine and service.

At NJPAC, our company transitioned into food and beverage operations management in late August 2011. We are reconcepting the street level restaurant and another small caf as well as operating intermission bars and high end catering and special events for 15 to 1,500. As Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind all aspects of dining and banquet operations in accordance with the highest level standards.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

* Timeliness and efficient service of all Restaurant and Banquet functions

* Maintaining a professional and ethical image

* Maintaining proper financial results

* Proper hiring, training, and orientation of new associates

* Continued training and development of associates

* Providing a professional and caring work environment

* Providing a Guest First approach

* Ensuring that correct and consistent service techniques for various mealfunctions will be demonstrated by all associates at all times

* Adherence to company standards and service levels at all times

* Preparation of associate schedules which will allow for the appropriate service levels while controlling expenses in line with budget.
