JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Operations Manager
Adecco direct-hire group currently has an opening for an Operations Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a strategic position designed to manage the overall site operations, security and budgets. The Operations Manager will be a key player in site design, safety, and efficiency. This is your chance to be part of an out-of-ground facility in a growing industry poised for tremendous growth over the next 10 years. As the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Hire, train and manage workplace operations
*Act as the main contact for all property management issues
*Maintain positive relationships with all vendors, suppliers and contractors
*Manage all security measures to ensure privacy and safety
*Internal partnering with various departments to evaluate floor space to maximize productivity and efficiency
*Analyze key workplace operations to determine KPI?s
*Minimum of 5 years experience in an Operations leadership role
*Ability to hire and develop an Operations department
*Managing build-out activities including supplier and vendor relationships
*Excellent analytical skills
*Motivated and driven personality - someone who is driven to succeed
