This position bears overall responsibilities for office operational aspects for the Transportation Business line in the Los Angeles office and will report directly to the Southern California District Manager. Must have consulting engineering experience relating to transportation infrastructure projects.

Primary Responsibilities:- Monitoring and ensuring financial performance KPI's

- Employee development

- Technical quality

- Project delivery

- Coordination with Market Sector leaders in the LA area for BD activities

- Assist on major business development pursuits and represent AECOM on key community and stakeholder organizations in Los Angeles County.

- For these responsibilities the position will report to the Deputy Regional Manager for Transportation West. Ensuring that there is an effective office organizational structure in place at all times. Qualifications:

- Minimum BS Engineering MS preferred.

- Professional engineering license - State of California preferred

- Minimum 15 years' experience, with 5 years in a management role

- Qualified applicants shall have significant communication, administrative, technical and management skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with others.

- Familiarity with Los Angeles and Southern California area transportation infrastructure marketplace strongly preferred
