Are you looking to apply your project management/quantitative skills while deepening your understanding of the Private Wealth Management business? Our Client Communications team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with other partners in the firm to ensure the accuracy of statement and other regulatory documents in the Private Wealth Management systems and provide subject matter expertise on regulatory requirements, and PWM systems.

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm?s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.

The Client Communications team works closely with Private Wealth Management Business, Compliance, Technology, and other Operations teams globally to ensure regulatory documents are provided to clients accurately and efficiently. The team is responsible for ensuring Client Reporting figures are accurate and implementing solutions to correct or improve processes when necessary. Additionally, team members are able to deepen their project management skills and work closely with Management.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
? Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various PWM systems, specifically Client Reporting and Desktop systems
? Showcase your client service skills as you partner with PWM Business to ensure client?s needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory manner
? Apply your quantitative skills as you conduct root cause analysis and resolution for client reporting related issues
? Liaise with PWM Compliance, Technology, and other Operation teams to ensure accurate client data is reported on the PWM Desktop, Client Web, and monthly client statements
? Leverage your risk-management skills to successfully adhere to current controls while identifying areas where additional controls could be put in place

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE?RE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proven analytical and problem solving ability
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
? MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) proficiency
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment
? Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, as appropriate
? Strong control focus and attention to detail? Previous Operations experience
