The System Coordinator position is responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machines in the Whitestown ESI automated drug dispensing department. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to; responding to machine banner faults, troubleshooting machine malfunctions, cleaning and completing daily PM s, restocking consumables, knowledge and understating of machine down time and how to fix, maintaining a neat and orderly work environment according to 5S standards, escalation of machine failures through proper channels, communicating best practices and working as a team with other system coordinators, identifying potential bottlenecks and areas for continuous improvement ideas and all other duties as assigned.
* High School Diploma/GED and 1-2 years of experience in the field
* At least 1 years of Mechanical and Preventive Maintenance experience as related to automated equipment.
* At least 1 years of Electrical Systems as related to automated equipment.
* Experience working in a high volume production or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
* Highly motivated and a self-starter.
* Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
