Job Description
Position Summary:
Provide support and on-going maintenance for Oracle Upgrade Initiative including the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, and Financial Accounting Hub modules which are part of the Oracle e-business Release 12 suite.
Analyze, design, develop and test Oracle applications to satisfy project work requirement.
Responsibilities:
40% Configuration and on-going maintenance of the Oracle General Ledger Release 12 in support of the overall upgrade initiative.
Participate in ePLC lifecycle tasks and produce appropriate deliverables.
40% Configuration and on-going maintenance and support of the Oracle Fixed Asset module to support the re-implementation of this module.
Participate in ePLC lifecycle tasks and produce appropriate deliverables.
20% Fulfill administrative duties as defined in SOA/ITD operational manual and support audit requests.
Requirements:
Knowledge or exposure to Oracle eBusiness R12.
Knowledge and exposure to Oracle Financial Accounting Hub.
Knowledge of multi-GAAP business requirements and exposure to IRFS requirements.
Over 4 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and maintenance of Client/Server applications for financial institution.
Over 3 years of experience working with financial accounting and general ledger applications
Extensive experience in PL/SQL programming with knowledge of performance tuning in Oracle DB.
Advanced level in Oracle Developer 2000, Discoverer
Advanced level in UNIX scripting
College degree
