Oracle WebCenter Architect Position Description Candiate will serve as the technical architect and key technical owner of an Oracle WebCenter Content upgrade and conversion project. Candidate will lead a team of 5-6 developers in evaluating, planning, and executing on a year-long engagement to move a client from several legacy systems onto an Oracle WebCenter 12c environment, while also planning and executing an upgrade from version 11 to 12c.Candidate must be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, and be able to perform with minimal supervision while working in a diverse team environment. Candidate must also be able to direct others and ensure that the team's assignments are successfully completed. Well-rounded individual with great analytical skills, enthusiasm for taking ownership, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work closely and communicate effectively with technical, functional, management, and client members.
