JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Order Entry administrator will be responsible for the support of sales and the customers to include:
-Sales and document control order entry into Oracle 11i.
-Understand and process internal ICE orders
-Understand and process EDI orders for 3rd party customers.
-Set-up files and double check work of other order entry administrators.
-Process RMAs for CSRs.
- Assist in pulling files and researching A/R issues for CSRs.
-Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities.
-3-5 years of order entry experience
-Prior experience with Oracle and Excel a plus
-Document control experience a plus
-10 Key by touch
