We are seeking a positive individual to interact with customers to perform, high volume, full cycle order processing. li Assist customers in a polite and professional manner /li li Answer customer questions regarding product descriptions and order status /li li Process RMA’s /li li Verify pricing listed on the orders received /li li Input the order into the database /li li Notify the customer of back orders and offers alternative products when available /li /ul
  br Qualifications: br ul
li Must have three or more years of experience in manufacturing or distribution /li li Experience using SAP, SAGE, or Oracle, is preferred /li li Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written   /li li You must be accurate and excellent attention to detail    /li li Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus   /li li Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) /li /ul
