Job Description:

Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, automated tools and phone calls
Provide efficient, accurate, and timely response to customer requirements
Analyze data and report out trends of sales order backlog
Utilize appropriate processes and tools
Analyzes databases, identifies discrepancies, and works with distributors to execute shipment schedules
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of promotions, discounts and other information related to the order ful-fillment process
Execute special pricing request management with global sales staff
Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service skills
Partner and communicate with field sales to support and influence response time and sales goals
Communicate sales leads to field sales organization and product line
Provide supplemental support for order management and customer service
Works with peers to identify process gaps and leads cross-functional efforts to document and develop and implement process improvements
After sales support insuring timely customer invoicing, export documentation, and shipping discrepancy analysis, resolution, and audit

Job Requirements: (ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

Minimum of 2 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Bachelor¿s Degree (Business Management, or Poultry Science preferred)
Fluent in verbal and written Spanish
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
Experience with inventory transactions is necessary
Technical experience is a plus
Must have ability to work under minimal supervision with the demonstrated ability to establish personal priorities, plan workload and establish commitments for task completion
Ability to work in a fast environment and multitask is necessary
Must be accomplished ¿lead-by-example¿ tactical change agent with strong interpersonal skills
Functional knowledge of MRP systems is preferred
Attentiveness to detail is a must
Ability to work with Technical Data and Equipment is preferred
Must be self-motivated
Computer skills, including all Microsoft Applications, are essential
Six Sigma and Lean tools exposure are preferred
Up to 10% travel
