Order Processing Customer Service Representative

You could be working for a small family owned Apparel Company!Our client, an established, rapidly growing fashion manufacturer in Santa Monica is looking to hire an Order Processor/Customer Service Rep. They are looking for someone who enjoys a variety of duties who can adapt to change, likes being busy but is calm and collected under pressure and someone who is looking for a career. Position Details:Full cycle order processor/from PO to delivery, Exp. with EDI (transmitting and receiving), Mas90 and Accounts Receivable. Preferred Experience/Skills: *Must have experience with invoice matching. *Understanding of basic Accounting*Accounts Receivable knowledge*Familiar with Mas90*Fast and Accurate Data Entry (Must type min. 65wpm) *Creating and running Crystal Reports a plus! *Great verbal and written skills *Attention to detail *Ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize *Team player *Customer oriented and friendly HOURS: 730am-430pm. The position will start as temp for 9 months or longer due to such a long learning curve time. The hourly rate will be in the range of $14 - $16/hr (DOE) during the temporary probation period with an increase when you become part of their internal staf

Requirements
