Responsible for working with leaders and associates to consult, develop and deliver OD and Training interventions. This would include Job skills training, Professional skills training, leadership development, team building and various OD interventions.
B.S. degree in Education, Organizational Development/Human Resources, Counseling or closely related field; 3 to 5 years of handling employee relations issues within the last 5 years. Excellent oral and written communication skills, skill and experience in coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, mediation and course design.
Must be willing to travel in the Georgia area.
