The Organizational Development Manager will report to the North American (NORAM) OD Lead for Danone Dairy. You will work closely with the NORAM OD Lead, VP HR for the category business unit (CBU), GM and leadership team to understand and provide support to shape & execute the business strategy. You will support the VP HR in facilitating the development and implementation of the HR strategic plan, acts as a change agent and drive transformations, contributes to organisational design and ensures people engagement in the category business unit (CBU) and across NORAM Dairy.
*Supports the VP HR in facilitating the business strategy shaping & execution for local CBU
*Provide key inputs to help shaping local HR CBU Strategy, ensuring alignment with overall NORAM Dairy strategy & priorities
*Leads engagement initiatives around business strategy across CBU and/or NORAM Dairy
*Think and act ahead: project in the future, consider different options and commit to achieve the ambition
*Shape and plan for action to execute and deliver the ambition
Consumers, Customers & Stakeholders
*Understand and influence stakeholders (VP HR, HRBPs , GM / Leadership Team Leaders & Danoners, HR Teams...)
*Develop a strong network within OD/HR community, across Danone and externally
People & Teams
*Foster openness, trust, and inclusion, as well as a collaborative mindset to act as One Team within OD/HR
*Demonstrate empathy and respect people. Develop authentic relationships, through generous listening & straight talk

Process & Projects : OD activities
*CBU and HR strategic plan
*Support VP HR and NORAM OD Lead in facilitating the definition and the implementation of the strategic plan
*Support implementation of the HR strategic plan locally
*Build workforce planning (anticipation & initiation) defining people and competencies needs
*Change lead for various change initiatives across organization (CBU, NORAM Dairy, and One Danone)
*Challenge stakeholders on the necessary changes to reach their business goals: organization, processes, tools...
*Help them prepare and manage these changes, by providing and transferring change management methodologies and tools (organization, training, communication, mobilization...).
*Provide inspiration, external benchmark, content, to promote a change management spirit across the BU
*Develop and implement business processes and organization structures/design
*Implement agile organizations and processes (process, tools, project portfolio management, working environment)
*Drives execution of specific transversal and organizational projects
*Provide Internal & External benchmark of the structure and develop metrics to measure progress and assess results
*Link to Talent Management and Learning and Development
Process & Projects : Internal communication and mobilization
*Strong collaboration with Internal communication to ensure all Danoners alignment and engagement behind CBU Vision and Group initiatives, deploy HR communication in CBU
*Ensure simplicity and consistency of the messages
*Promote Danone core Values and Culture
*Support People survey realization & engagement, and co-build / animate action plans
You should have:
-Education: Bachelor Degree in HR or Business, or related field. Master Degree preferred
-Experience: 5+ years experience in OD and/or Project Management with strong background in change management required
-Strong facilitation skills - ability to simplify complexity and build collective consensus
-Ability to build strong relationships with and influence all levels of the organization, including executive team
-Strong political savviness
-Very strong communication and project management skills
-Openness to learn with strong generous listening & questioning ability
-Courage to challenge status quo at all levels
-Ability to both think strategically and execute on strategic thinking (observe and do)
