Chief Financial Officer. An extraordinary opportunity for a handson medical and financial services professional for a three location clinic practice combining medical and radiation oncology needed immediately in the Pacific Northwest state of Washington. This position reports to the physician ownership. The client is a 7 physician group of practitioners with two midlevel providers. This person directs and coordinates the overall functions of the business office. Primary responsibilities are:
Direction of Business Office management of billing staff reporting to management team. Responsibility for accounting financial reporting supervision of accounts payable working with outside accounting when needed. Oncology regimen analysis help us make smart choices about comparable treatment regimens. Evaluation of outside opportunities mergers acquisitions new equipment. Develop and manage physician compensation methodology productionbased formulas overhead expense allocation etc. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS ONCOLOGY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE not negotiable. The salary is open for the right candidate commensurate with education and experience. Outstanding benefit package. Education minimum of BA in Accounting MBA desirable.
